We are Tricon.
When Tricon was founded in 2005, we saw two major gaps in the project delivery world: no packaged solution for structured execution, and no community to support project experts in growing together.
At the time, most consultants worked short term contracts, isolated, unsupported, and constantly starting from scratch. It was lonely, inefficient, and hard.
We knew there had to be a better way.
Our first PMO In A Box engagement brought together a community of project professionals who could collaborate, share knowledge, and deliver consistently. As client needs evolved, our Staff Augmentation and Consulting practices quickly became our strongest areas of expertise, enabling organizations to execute faster, scale smarter, and deliver measurable results.
From day one, we’ve raised the bar on what consulting should feel like: structured, supportive, and focused on real outcomes.

Tricon comes from the triple constraint of project management: scope, time, and cost. From the very beginning, we have focused on simplifying this complex balance so our clients can deliver with precision, agility, and accountability.
