Program Management for Municipal Election Readiness

In preparation for a provincial general election, a large municipality needed to rapidly design new processes, governance structures, and communication frameworks to ensure neutrality, transparency, and operational continuity. With five parallel workstreams spanning council orientation, governance, ward boundary implementation, and political party declaration, the organization required cohesive program oversight and strong executive alignment.


Our Role

Tricon was engaged by the municipality’s central administrative office to provide program management and change leadership.
